Hocus Pocus

The vehicle is sold to Dewey and Stacey P____ .  The money paid for the vehicle is not reported in Reneau's campaign expenditure report.

Did Reneau take campaign contributions $$$ and convert it to personal use?  It looks like we are owed an explanation.
