Yesterday was a good day for the grassroots. First Former Rep. Mike O'Neal found out he gets to go to jail for groping a woman's butt in OKC. You might remember the mainstream press tried to cover up the story, but our grassroots activists found the story and told it to the world. Story
Second, KWTV 9, the CBS affiliate in OKC, who had planned on pre-empting the 60 minutes interview with Ben Barnes last night with an infomercial, changed their minds. My grassroots friends sounded the alarm and KWTV did an about face. KWTV claimed they sold the spot before discovering the content. Regardless!!!! It was your calls that did it. Story More
Finally, my day finished with a surprise in my e-mail. One of our readers made a movie with some thoughts about Tom Coburn, our local right wing nut running for Senate. I hope you enjoy his movie as much as I did. He plans on doing some more. Anyone have any ideas?
