Since "right-to-have-jobs-leave-the-state passed", Oklahoma has been hemorrhaging jobs. Thanks to the Bush economy, those folks that work for Wrangler, Phillips, Citgo, Lucent, Celestica and others have a new source of income.....Unemployment Insurance.
