Maybe, but we sure know she's incompetent. Bode wants to be the next AG but.
1. She lied about a brief according to all three law school deans.
2. She NEVER NEVER NEVER tried a case... EVER EVER EVER
3. She blames the methamphedamine lab problem on the current AG. Let's see Denise, I think the police investigate and arrest, then the local District Attorney does the prosecution... then the AG defends the appeal. So that makes her either a liar, or incompetent. OK, so maybe she ain't a liar.
